Rainbow Dreams

Supplies:

Tube: Ismael Rac

Mask:  Use any you have

Scrap: Mystical Scraps Rainbow Dreams (PTU)

Filter: Drop Shadow (optional)

Font: Cantebury Regular

Tut:

Step 1: Pick a paper and use any mask you have

Step 2: Pick and element and add it to the tag

Step 3: Pick another element and add it over top of the paper

Step 4: Pick another element and add it over the top of the paper

Step 5: Pick another element and add it over the top of the paper

Step 6: Pick another element and add it to the next layer

Step 7 : Pick the last element and add it to the top layer and move till your happy with its location

Step 8: Add your tube

Supplies:

Tut:

Step 1: Open a new image 600 by 600

Step 2: Open your image of picture use a picture you have

Step 3:  Use any mask on your image then merge visible

Step 4:  On the mask layer using Eye Candy Glass default settings

Step 5:  On a new layer take a color from your tube and flood fill the raster layer

Step 6: Add any mask to compliment the first mask and follow Step 3 and 4

Step 7: Add tube and reposition to right side

Tut:

Step 1:  Open a new image 600 by 250

Step 2: Add your tube

Step 3:  Using mura meister copies wallpaper rotate until the whole image is hidden

Step 4: Duplicate layer and hide the copied layer

Step 5: On the bottom layer use motion blur twice

Step 6: On the same layer Using these settings on radial transmission Radial Size 7, Rotation -50 Blend 50

Step 7: Unhide the duplicated layer and  use Gaussian Blur Radius 25 twice and change the blend mode to multiply

Step 5: Pick an element to go to the bottom of the paper layer and duplicate it and arrange it so it overlaps

Step 6: Pick an element and move it the right side of the tag

Step 6: Add your flower element and move it to left side

Step 7: Add a ribon and add it across the bottom of the frame

Step 8:  Add your bear on the right side and resize as needed

Cute N Noise Tut

Supplies:

Tube: CutenToonz MiniMav14

Mask: Spawn Mask 4

Font:  Angelia Tattoo

Plugin: Noise

Tut:

Step 1: Open a new Image 600 *250

Step 2:  Flood Fill Raster Layer 1 with a contrasting color to the color of Raster 2

Step 3:  New Raster Layer 2 and Flood Fill with a contrasting color from your tube

Step 4:  On Raster 2 load Mask SpawnFSMask04 then merge group

Step 5:  Copy your tube on the top layer of your tag then duplicate it and hide top layer

Step 6:  On your original tube using your magic wand select the tube and feather using both use what number works best for you

Step 7:  Modify and feather till it is visible all tubes are different

Step 8:  Add a new raster layer and using the bottom color floodfill

Step 9:  Contract and Modify by 5 then delete

Step 10: Add another layer and using the same color as the mask floodfill then contract by 3

SUPPLIES

Plugins:  Mura Meister: Copies

Font: one of Choice--I used Parry Hotter

 TUT

Step 1: Open a 600 by 250 new image

Step 2. Open and copy your tube on the new image

Step 3: Resize your tube by 75 percent

Step 4: With your tube placed use mura meister copies wallpaper rotate default setting

Step 5: Duplicate this layer

Step 6: On your bottom layer Using Xero Illustrator with random setting until you are happy with the look

Step 7 On your  duplicated layer Adjust Motion Blur Angle 35.00 Strength 100%

Step 8:  Still on the duplicated layer go to your Effects and Enhance and enhance more if needed.  Change the optimacy to lower than 100 but where you are happy with it

Step 9: Add a new raster and Flood fill with a color from your tube

Step 10: Select All then Modify Contract by 4 hit delete then select none

Step 11: Add noise 100%

Step 12:  Add your tube and Place all the way on the left on the top layer and resize as needed

2. flood fill with a color in your tube

3. Use monti's mask on your flood fill layer then merge visible

4. With your  magic wand select everything on monti's mask select all of the mask

5. Copy your tube into the selection

6.With everything still selected use scanlines on the layer

7. On the same layer use  constellation  keep the orginal image using random seed

8.  Add your tube  on the top layer

9. Resize as needed

10. Add your text and copyright

11. Save your masterpiece

Step 4. Chose an element. I chose Heart Cluster.

Step 5.  Chose your mask. Merge Visible

Step 6. Duplicate your merged mask layer

Step 7.  Pick an Element. I chose chickenwire add it as a new layer and move it to bottom

Step 8. Make the transparency of the bottom layer 54

Step 9. Add your first tube then add your second tube

Step 10. Resize as needed
