Supplies:

Tube:  CutenToonz

Picture: picture by Stellarfairie

Masks: Use any 2 you have

Plugins: Eye Candy Glass

Font: Penhurst_Shadow

Tut:

Step 1: Open a new image 600 by 600

Step 2: Open your image of picture use a picture you have

Step 3:  Use any mask on your image then merge visible

Step 4:  On the mask layer using Eye Candy Glass default settings

Step 5:  On a new layer take a color from your tube and flood fill the raster layer

Step 6: Add any mask to compliment the first mask and follow Step 3 and 4

Step 7: Add tube and reposition to right side

Step 8: Add text
