Tut:

Step 1. Open new image 850 by 850

Step 2. Using Paper 1 add as new layer

Step 3. On the paper layer use mask and merge visible

Step 4. Add Frame 6 and resize as needed

Step 5. Using your magic wand select the area inside the frame and add paper 9

Step 6. Add purple pony and resize to fit the bow on the bottom

Step 7. Under the frame add a new raster layer and select all and add in splatter 2 deselect all

Step 8. On top of the frame add balloon 2 and resize as need and move to the bottom

Step 9. On top of the frame add balloon 1 and resize as needed and move to the bottom

Step 10. Add flower 5 on top of the balloons and resize as needed

Step 11. Add Tube under the frame

Step 12. Add text
