Tut:

Step 1: Pick paper 2 and paste as a new layer

Step 2:  Use any Mask you have on the paper layer and merge visible

Step 3: Using frame 2 and resize as needed over the paper layer

Step 4: Using fairy1 and resize it as needed and place on the right hand side of the frame

Step 5: Using shamrock 1 resize as needed and place on the lefthand side of the frame

Step 6: Using DBL_Wordart resize as needed and use a drop shadow of 3 and 3 and place at the top of the frame

Step 7:  Add tube

Step 8:  Add text
