Filter:
PSP-distortion wind
Adjust-motion blur
DBFlux Radial Mosaic
FilterFactoryD Mirror It
Andrew Filters 16 Hand Tinting

Tut:
1. Use any tube you want I used Tiffany Toland-Scott
2. In PSP Use wind in the distortion category until your happy with your setting
3. Adjust motion blur till your happy with your setting
4. DBFlux Radial Mosaic on the image till your happy with the setting
5.Next Use FilterFactory D Mirror It until you are happy with the setting
6. Next Use Andrew Filters 16 Hand Tinting till your happy with the setting
7. Place your tube in the center of the tag
8. Resize as needed
