Tube: Chris Pastel

Mask:  use mask of choice

Font: Liberty

Step 1. Open a new image 500 by 500

Step 2. Pick paper 15 and add as a new layer

Step 3.  On the paper layer use the mask you choice and merge visible

Step 4.  Add frame 6 on the top layer and resize as needed

Step 5. Add onto the frame bow 3 and resize as needed

Step 6. Add leaves and duplicate and mirror the copy

Step 7. Add vine 1 on top of the leaves.  Duplicate and mirror

Step 8. Add flowers 1 on the center bottom and resize as needed

Step 9. Add butterfly2 on the top layer mirror and resize as needed

Step 10. Add  copyright and text
