Step 1: Open a new image 800 * 800

Step 2: Pick a Paper and add it as a new raster layer

Step 3: Pick a mask on the paper layer and merge visible

Step 4: Pick an element to go into the center of the paper layer

Step 5: Pick an element to go to the bottom of the paper layer and duplicate it and arrange it so it overlaps

Step 6: Pick an element and move it the right side of the tag

Step 7: Add your tube in the center of the bottom layers

Step 8: Resize as needed

Step 9: Add your text
