Step 1. Open Paper 14

Step 2. Use mask of choice on the paper layer and merge visible

Step 3. Pick Element 66 and place on top and resize as needed

Step 4. Using the magic wand on the Frame Layer and add Paper 17 to the frame

Step 5. Using Element 7 place on top of the frame layer and resize as needed

Step 6. Place Element 15 on the bottom righthand side of the frame and resize as needed

Step 7. Place Element 6 on the lefthand side of the frame under the sleigh layer

Step 8. Place tube on the right hand side over element 15

Step 9. Add Copyright and text
