Tube: TheHunter can be found at SNC

Scrapkit: Tezza Designs LilBitPatchy

Font: MC Canfield Bold

Mask: use any mask of choice

Tut:

Step 1: Open a new image 600 by 600

Step 2: Pick a paper and  add it as a new layer

Step 3: Use any Mask on this layer and merge visible

Step 4: Add a Frame and resize as necessary

Step 5: On the frame using your magic wand click inside the girl and Add another paper inside the selection

Step 6: Add your flower element and move it to left side

Step 7: Add a ribon and add it across the bottom of the frame

Step 8:  Add your bear on the right side and resize as needed

Step 9:  Add tube

Step 10: Add text
